What do you do in a leveraged syndications role?

They do the same as any other syndication desk at a bank, however with leveraged loans. It’s client facing if your bank is a lead on the facility, and you’d outline the syndication strategy to the client. If your bank is not the lead, you’d syndicate out the loan or HY bond to your banks rolodex of investors
