I summered at a BB last summer and am starting full time in July and am a little concerned that my skills are very, VERY dull. I've forgotten a lot of office shortcuts I used, don't think I could currently build out a lot of models that I worked on last summer, etc. For all the current full-times, was getting up to speed difficult after a senior year of doing nothing? Were you thrown right into the fire or was training helpful? I feel like I have the knowledge of an incoming summer analyst again, lol.

I personally found training quite helpful for getting back up to speed. My team understood I'd be a bit rusty coming in anyways which was nice.
