What do you think about spontaneous applications ?
Hello there,
In short, I am looking for an off-cycle internship starting in may-july 2025. One of the thing I do is sending spontaneous applications to the teams in London (recruiters, analysts and associates). I was recommended to do so by a friend working at a BB in London. Of course, I will also apply on the website when the application process start.
As an analyst or associate, do you think this strategy could really work ? I am guessing my email is going straight to the bin.
