What do you use your admin/executive assistant for?
Logo pulling / tombstone formatting / working group lists etc. Curious as to some of the ways you guys utilize your assistant to help ease the load of banking.

Interesting, do they push back on helping or just not high enough quality of work/fast enough?
I've heard that our EA's are top notch compared to other groups and I can get them to take a first cut at laying out slides / turning text comments etc. Big help on the little/mundane things.
That's just not what they're there for for us? We have outsourced people for that and we also just do that ourselves.
We have admins/executive assistance as well as outsourced people in India. Suppose its bank/group specific.
I tread lightly with my executive assistant. She's been with the firm for 30 + years, and pissing her off can probably have you moved to bottom bucket status no matter how much of a rock-star you are.
^ literally this. I wouldn't dream of asking her to do something banking-related. I actually really like her like a second Mom (just like our receptionist) and they've taken great care of me.
