Had my superday last week, Thursday, and I am currently waiting to hear back. I checked my portal today. The status says "per-offer document collection". I am unsure what this mean but is this a good sign? Has anyone else had this experience? I couldn't find much info online

i mean one week is def not an ideal position to be at. But no it’s not good nor bad, literally what it looks like when u finish a Sd - simply an HR organization bs thing but one week prob means waitlist or reject but u never know haha. goodluck man 🤞
