"Thank you for your interest in (Boutique Investment Bank). We are currently evaluating resumes and will conduct our first round of phone interviews within the next week."
I was emailed this response after sending in my resume. My question is should I respond by asking "When will candidates know if they have been selected for phone interviews?" or does this sound redundant in response to his email (I would know if I am selected by them scheduling a phone interview). I want to know if I should email him back or just wait to see if he sends me an additional email.
Edit: Yes, I know it automated. Quit trolling the thread it was a simple question. I have received automated emails in the past and sometimes companies which you inquire more.
