What fees % do you charge?
Interested to see what fees are typically charged at other banks vs mine. Especially to those that work on multi billion $ deals.
Fees at my bank:
Bank: Mid-Market Typical deal size: $50m - $250m Fees: corporate finance fee ($250k), commission (typically 2% with a performance ratchet ranging 3-10%) Example: client wants to sell business for $50m and we end up selling it for $60m. Assuming the above fee structure, we get $250k CF fee, 2%x$50m commission and 3-10%x$10m ratchet giving us a total fee between $1.55m - $2.25m for a $60m transaction.
Really curious to see what others charge.
