I think for FO Asset Management, i've heard portfolio management Group (PMG) is amazing. I've also read that their Financial Markets Advisory group (FMA) does pretty cool work. You can look those groups up to learn more about what they do, I think there are a few threads on both. I'm not to sure on exit opps or culture look like, but your already on the buy side doing investment work, why would you want to leave? But it also depends on what you want to do personally, if you want to do IB or go the PE route then take the MM IB offer. But if you want to do AM, then a solid group at BK would be perfect.

What kind of exit do you want? HF, PE, Corp Dev, etc. Depends on the role at BlackRock as well. Would only go there if you're doing investment / portfolio management work and only if you want to go into a HF afterwards. It's a very set career path with limited wiggle room. People going into the likes of BlackRock, Fidelity, have very specific goals for their careers. Otherwise, take IBD, regardless of firms.
