I think for FOAsset Management, i've heard portfolio management Group (PMG) is amazing. I've also read that their Financial Markets Advisory group (FMA) does pretty cool work. You can look those groups up to learn more about what they do, I think there are a few threads on both. I'm not to sure on exit opps or culture look like, but your already on the buy side doing investment work, why would you want to leave? But it also depends on what you want to do personally, if you want to do IB or go the PE route then take the MM IB offer. But if you want to do AM, then a solid group at BK would be perfect.
But what group is it? Is it front office/back office? We need a bit more clarity. BLK does a lot of different stuff. Do you have an offer from BLK as well? If its a back office or middle office role you would be better off taking the IB offer.
What kind of exit do you want? HF, PE, Corp Dev, etc. Depends on the role at BlackRock as well. Would only go there if you're doing investment / portfolio management work and only if you want to go into a HF afterwards. It's a very set career path with limited wiggle room. People going into the likes of BlackRock, Fidelity, have very specific goals for their careers.
Otherwise, take IBD, regardless of firms.
Exit to business school? What is that??? What do you want to do after business school? Are you saying that you want a job that can get you into HBS lol?!

Actually a serious question. Not a troll

Gotcha thanks. It's between this and a mid-tier BB (think Barclays BAML CS), but i feel like BlackRock would be an incredible place to work.

If the BB is IBD in a coverage or M&A group, you'd be crazy not to take it imo.

I just want exits to Business School. PE doesn't interest me as much as the others I interned with this summer.

Have you heard anything besides the virtual cover letter from BLK yet?
I have not yet.
