Im currently a 1st year in REIB group at a MM bank. I’m grateful to be part of this team, the people are amazing. The sector to me is very boring. I rarely get exposed to M&A, it’s basically just Cap Raises. I’m wondering how to go about switching to another group internally and what groups would be the smoothest transitions. I would love the M&A group but i lack much M&A deal experience.
