Quick question for Lev Fin bankers. What additional hurdles are placed on Director / MD bonus comp if any?
Can a Director / MD hit their fee target by acting as a passive bookrunner on 100% of opportunities or is there a minimum fee requirement for opportunities where the bank is acting as a Lead Arranger?
Are there any minimum new capital requirements? Can you hit your fee target by solely executing upsizes for companies where you are an existing lender?
