What If IB was capped as a 9-5 Job
Hey Guys! I'm an incoming SA and Im really looking forward to seeing how the industry works from the inside this summer. But honestly reading so many forums of people working till 10pm-2am some nights, I was just curious if anyone who works in IB thinks that if there was an automatic log-off at say 5pm would revenue actually be affected for the bank or is it really so crucial that everyone says till the late nights to "finish the model"? lmk ur thoughts. j curious.
