What is the difference between Morgan Stanley's Menlo Park office and their San Fransisco office?
I didn't even know they had a San Fransisco office in addition to their Menlo Park office. I know Menlo Parks is up there with Goldman and Qatalyst for TMT.
Like you said, MP is for tech exclusively. SF is western coverage (Healthcare, Infra, etc)
Ah thanks. Do they have M&A as well, or is that just in Los Angeles?
Sponsors. Apparently very chill culture.
Menlo is Tech SF is Sponsors & Industrials and has a separate Healthcare group LA is M&A, Media, Consumer/Retail/eCommerce, Gaming
Do you have any idea how strong these offices are in relation to each other and compare to other west coast offices?
all the western region offices are strong with MDs who have been there for a while. Heard they're basically at one of their busiest times ever right now. Just depends on the types of industry and exposure you want.
Only sorta related, but if my school only places in MS NYC, would it be impossible to place on the west coast?
Quaerat et magnam officiis quo enim. Aut quis ut minima temporibus.
