I have 2+year experience from a 2nd tier BB. If then I go to join international finance corp (IFC) PE subsidiary of World Bank. Would it help me to get into leading PEs? Or leading PEs only recruit from 1st tier BB like GS / MS and MBA? If latter is Yes, I still join IFC for 2 years and then go for MBA. Would this make an attractive profile for leading PE after graduation? thanks
