What makes a successful senior banker?
For those currently in the industry, have you noticed any common characteristics of mid-upper level bankers that have made them successful? I imagine being personable and being able to sell is one key trait, but interested in hearing the thoughts of others.

At the senior level, what makes a good/great investment banker? Do the best bankers offer differentiated strategic advice about raising capital/M&A? Or are the best investment bankers the friendliest/best at making connections? Would love to hear thoughts on this
