What Share Count to Use for DCF

I have a question in regards to what share count to use for calculating the implied share price from a DCF. Do you use the FDSO or the basic share count?

And am I correct in assuming that you should use the sharecount as of the last reported period - rather than the projected sharecount as of the end of your projected period?
