I'm a rising senior, and I'll be participating in recruitment this fall for first year analysts. I go to a semi-target (citi, lehman, bank of america, and wachovia will be on campus, but I may need to seek out others on my own). Is there anything I can do now to gain an advantage over my competition? What would you suggest? Thanks.
