What to spend Bonus on?

Question is in the title, will be getting my Bonus in a month and not a clue what to spend it on. Already bought a triplex and renting it out, not interested in a car since the subway is cheaper, faster and more convenient (I like to drink). I was thinking of buying a cheap beater watch (used omega speedmaster, seems to not depreciate as much as a new one) but I don't even wear watches but beside that I don't have a clue.

Same except I won’t be betting a bonus and I don’t have a girlfriend

It's pointless to spend simply for the sake of spending. Make sure you have enough savings, and then invest the rest. Maybe you'll want to buy something bigger down the line.

Personally, I'll be spending part of my bonus on a vacation with my GF.

Already booked my holidays in Bali, but I don't need a bonus for that... I guess I'll just continue to invest my money

if you dont want a watch - maybe matching On running or lulu lemon outfits, their clothing is very expensive but looks good. Dark blue outfit, light blue outfit, dark grey outfit etc that would add up. Or peter millar track suits would look good running around etc

Personally, I like to save/invest 80% of my net bonus and keep the rest in my bank account for splurges, big purchases (need a new couch, tv, whatever) or even just to have extra cash.

I try to save 15%-20% of my gross income throughout the year, so view the bonus as an opportunity to reward myself for good financial discipline, while also making sure I'm getting ahead in my investment timeline.

Travel. I am a huge watch guy and have spent on watches in two past bonus years with drastically different amounts (one was a Longines presence ~1.2k my first year bonus and more recently was a JLC master moon ultra thin ~11k) but otherwise I say travel somewhere nice and in comfort (ie business class and best hotel vibe) but to each their own. Save and invest the majority. It’s a big number to have in your bank account but it doesn’t mean you need to clear it out on shit you feel compelled to buy just because you can.

How have you liked the JLC? Had my eye on it for awhile and am debating pulling the trigger.
