What type of bank should I start with which types of loans?
I have about 5 million in personal cash set aside for a business investment. I also have access to a large number of high net worth individuals and banking contacts I have a background in finance. I am looking to open up some type of a bank/commercial/mezzanine financing, real estate loans etc.
Does anyone know what sort of strategies might be good to look at, assuming I can garner a total of 10 million in capital to start something up? I am looking for a medium to low risk venture with profit margins north of 10%.
Probably can't help to any degree but very keen to understand how you accumulated this amount of wealth but is still not sure how to do what you want to get done
