It's like a country club. The hardest part is becoming a member. Once you're in, it's not so bad. As long as you pay your dues.
The hours of 3pm - 5pm are the hardest part of this job.
I was always fine in the mornings (100 things to do) and also late night (huge to do list and want to get out), but 3-5pm is hard b/c that is when you really really feel tired and you're getting emails from non-banking friends making plans for the night and you're stuck in the office...
