Non of the top banks (particularly BB). Most people I know there are very nerdy. Same holds also true for consulting btw. Always have the heuristic that top shops get progressively less fun. The frattiest / most fun / laid back cultures I observed at boutique type of shops that take in "lower calibre" candidates.
It's no coincidence they don't win good mandates and never run lead left on any major deals

Honestly? The Industrials group of the John Pierpont Morgan investment bank (JP Morgan). No TMT group will ever be as high T as the OG robber barons, and titans of steel industry.
Industrials groups always seem attract the most alpha men.
