What's the male/female ratio of people at your college recruiting for investment banking?

Curious to hear what the ratio is across schools. I'm the guy that posted a comment several months ago responding to a comment in which the person assumed the OP was a male (with no prior context to believe it was in fact a dude - ie responded "bro" to the comment). I said something along the lines of "what makes you assume OP is a male?" I ended up getting like 45 monkey shits thrown at me and only 2 silver bananas, so I had to make a new account since my credits were deep in the negatives lmao.

It kinda made me think, overwhelming majority of people recruiting for investment banking must still be male....despite the 60/40 M/F ratio you tend to see in most analyst classes these days. Fwiw I'm an MBA associate, went to an M7 and the M/F ratio recruiting for banking was like 70/30. Is the ratio a lot more skewed in your undergrad programs?

Gender representation is the silliest concept mankind has come up with

In my graduating class(2025), there’s 4-5 kids recruiting for IB and they’re all guys. There’s a girl the year below however who seems dead on IB, so that’s cool.

Big non-target over here haha.

Honestly feels like 65-35 male-female at my target where 100-130 people are recruiting
