When calculating WACC, use real GDP or nominal GDP?
I would imagine real GDP, right, because you're not explicitly forecasting to account for inflation?
However, isn't inflation implied in business forecasts (can't help but factor it in due to behavioral bias), therefore you would want to use nominal GDP in WACC?
