Junior in college (non-target) who went through IB recruiting last year so take my advice with a grain of salt.

It probably matters very little at all. I would add it because it’s experience. For reference, before I had an internship I had an on campus job and similar club to you on my LinkedIn.

Only thing LinkedIn really mattered for in my recruitment process was for informational and real interviews. Interviewers would skim my LinkedIn just to get an idea of who I was, so be prepared to talk about anything you put on there.
