Where do people go after leaving IB early

I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk down on the IB lifestyle more than usual recently. Out of curiosity, where do these people look for their next jobs? I assume those who quit for a better lifestyle don’t recruit for the buy-side, so would you go apply for Corp Fin positions or something of the likes?
