Where to find org structure (opco, holdco) and which entities are private/public?

Hey guys, is there a place in capIQ or in any of the published-on-SEC financials where I can quickly see how an organization is structured and who the main owners are in each holdco/opco ?? I dont have a subscription to Bloomberg. Kindly advise asap pls , thanks in anticipation!!!
