Which employer is more prestigious: Cravath vs. Goldman vs. PJT/CVP/EVR?
Which line on a stranger’s CV would you find most impressive? And if you’re not familiar with Cravath then I suppose that answers part of my question.

McKinsey is the most prestigious.
Bring on the MS.
Feel like if you are in-the-know enough to recognize Cravath on a resume that speaks for itself, the level of pedigree required to get some of those top law firm jobs is pretty absurd
Right, but I guess that's what I'm getting at is, Is Cravath too niche to be regarded as prestigious beyond the small world of Big Law? Are people in finance familiar with any Big Law firms and, if so, do they regard any them as prestigious?
I think the answer is probably yes. If you asked someone on the (physical) street about McKinsey or Goldman Sachs there is an infinitely higher chance they recognize that name vs. a Cravath or a Wachtell, despite the fact those firms are regarded as some of the "top prestige" of the law industry
Is Cravath the GS/KKR/McKinsey analogue in the white shoe Big Law world (e.g. has traditionally been top dog amongst peers)? Genuine question as I'm ignorant on the topic.
