Which firms sponsor H1B for IB SA 2026/FT 2027
Do we have any information on which firms sponsor international students for SA/FT in 2024?

Career Resources
GS, EVR, Moelis, PJT, BX, KKR, P72, BofA, and GHL are "need blind". JPM only take ppl with STEM OPT. MS, LAZ, and CVP are black boxes. Barclays, Q, and Gugg for sure do not.
KKR is case by case (NOT need blind). Moelis is getting stingy these days. Barclays sponsors but only for capital markets.
Maybe Moelis NY is getting stingy, but west coast offices are wide open.
Yeah Barclays CM only does for non-IB roles, including back office tech.
Has LAZ changed recently? I know multiple internationals, both currently there and incoming.
Take this with a HUGE grain of salt, but LAZ didn't give me an interview when all of its peers (Evercore, GS, JPM, BX, etc.) did, even though I had referrals. It's possible they're being stingy.
I got in their process for one of their regional offices. That said compared to firms like GS EVR and Moelis the international student presence is incredibly low which has to mean something.
Can't share details unfortunately but I would not waste time with Lazard. Focus on other banks.

No clue. Didnt bother with them. Most of them besides William Blair and Jeff dont sponsor (even Jeff is kinda sus I know someone that lateraled out for FT because he heard Jeff may not be sponsoring his visa)
Lazard RX NYC should sponsor as per on-campus info session. Raine and LionTree are also "need blind". Not sure about UBS and DB but they should be friendly.

Agree with above. A few other names people might not be aware of: Macquarie, Ardea, AQ, Ares, BDT, BCP, Blackrock
Echoing Blackrock. Have spoken with HR before and they themselves were also sponsored by the firm so it seems like they're rather generous. Apparently also great benefits? (Disclaimer: won't be working there, never applied, but they seemed cool).
Ardea does not sponsor.
