Which offer to accept?

I am deciding between GS/MS/Moelis. Any insight is appreciated. GS is industrials, Moelis/MS generalist M&A. All 3 in NY. Mostly trying to decide which has the best network, exits, and general preparation for after banking. Thanks

Depends if you're trying to be 2 and out or a career banker but Moelis will defo pay you more and give you more complete experience. The one downside people outside of finance probably won't know what it is if you care about that. Realistically, you will get the same looks at any firm for exits (maybe not corp dev).

Agree with above that from all 3 your looks for exits will be pretty similar but if you go to target you should look at which groups your school places into MS. you obviously are a very prepped candidate and if your school sends to top MS groups, that'll give you the most upside here.

Would definitely do GS or MS M&A here, look at exits across the board and particularly at top shops, overwhelmingly they’re from those two. Moelis is obviously a great program but imo slightly below those two prestige and opps wise
