Which would you choose? LMM PC vs PCA (EVR/LAZ/JEF) for an off-cycle?
Title is simple enough. Currently choosing between two opportunities and would love some advice from more senior monkeys as both seem to have pros and cons. I feel I would enjoy PC more given I like analysing companies and enjoy PC investing (more than IB). However comp is night and day and ultimately long-term career prospects may be divergent unless I can move from LMM PC to UMM / MF PC (which is unlikely).

I’ve actually seen multiple people move from PCA/Secondaries to PC. So even if you take the PCA role and don’t like it, it’s feasible for you to move to PC.

Personally I would do the PCA at the well known EB or MM offer you have then try to lateral over to a MM PC role. So you can skip the LMM level.
