Who reviews hirevues at non-auto firms (BofA/GS)?
Wondering who reviews the hirevues at firms that don't give auto-hirevues? like BofA where the hirevue is essentially the first-round. I'd assume that because they are already selective in the hirevue that it's actually being looked at by humans?
That being said, would networking help pass you to the SD? like can a banker flag your hirevue for the SD?
I believe analysts usually review the HVs
