If you go to a target school, who watches the pre-recorded video interviews?
This is for the BBs that are now using a video for first round.
I doubt an analyst has time to sit down and watch videos, so I am curious

Bump - I want to know this as well. I've heard various things from computer programs that scan for key words and facial expressions, to analysts, to HR, to recruiting teams, etc.
I've spoken to an analyst at a BB and he seems kind of confused as well
lol need to get someone in here from a BB HR department to properly know in all honesty. Maybe a very active analyst/associate in the recruiting process who does a lot of interviews and flags a lot of resumes might know
