Why Bankers are retarded

You guys literally think that the payoff of stress versus compensation + future opportunities is somehow justified. What a bunch of bull lol. You take on the brunt excess stress of deals instead of doing internal reporting. Not to mention you have to deal with external and internal politics. And when you switch over to corp side your pay ends up being the same as people that were with the company all along. Also, the investing side doesn't have enough margins to cover the stress born from investing. Imagine if you were a VP at a company. Much better pay to stress ratios all across the board. It's ridiculous that you guys would even think this way.

Also adding in the licensing and trade padding from hr lmao. What a fiesta.

*IF* we want to switch, optionality has its value

margins to cover the stress born from investing

seeing your rant you seem to have a low tolerance for stress and presussure (no offers I guess?), I recommend starting cold showers from today

Buy land, cause God ain't making any more of it.

dude you might be mighty retarded? i'd recommend you check your spelling first.

Haha coming from the nepo / DEI reject who frequently butchers the language that is hilarious.

You realize your work ethic portends no advancement in any industry? You will be cleaning garbage cans soon but that fits well with your i come in for a 9-5 and to collect a paycheck ethos doesn’t it?

Your mom said to say hello btw. She is worried you are going to move back in soon.

you're just a loser coping, that's evident to everybody

and your critique has no credibility or weight since you've never stepped into those roles

you need to get your shit together pal

Buy land, cause God ain't making any more of it.
