It's simply the way the industry is designed with juniors doing materials and seniors just giving inputs.

There is nothing wrong with that, but with the tendency of people looping in seniors for their inputs, they really don't have a choice but to give inputs (no matter how unnecessary or trivial) so as to not look like they are neglecting their duty. And when you have to get sign off from multiple seniors, you end up with a deck with literally all trivial and unnecessary information included. Jesus chris.
