Why is everyone at Jefferies so hot?

Maybe it is just the people from my school, I don't know. But I come from a school with decently good recruiting at Jefferies, and every year, only hot people get picked for the SA offers. Search them on LinkedIn. Every person, men and women, perfect 10s, absolute models. I can't explain it. No other bank is like this. It has to factor into their decision. I can't be the only one to have noticed this? Haven't done too much digging, but a brief search of "Jefferies hot" didn't give me anything.

Disclaimer: did not get a Jefferies offer. Didn't even get a first round. I decided I wasn't hot enough and that must be why. Made me feel a bit better.

You may just be friends with attractive people on LinkedIn. Either that or you're lying....

When I searched the latest Analyst class I saw a bunch of frail / scrawny looking IT support legends and when I looked at the latest Associate class I stumbled across more than a few husky corn-fed Iowa-bred midwesterners that clearly gained 15-20 lbs during Analyst years.

As far as the few women that popped up, they all resembled the girl in your upper level Calc class that you never knew existed until you accidently sat on top of her, presuming the seat was empty.

lol idk why people are hating, this is spot on. they 100% factor attractiveness into their recruiting process, which is honestly fair given the way money gravitates towards good looking people.

Why is everyone at [company I work for] so hot and intelligent and talented and unbelievably athletic?  Crazy
