i was at moelis a couple of years ago, my grp had this MD who had to make everything a boxing thing, punches were thrown around at everyone. while we ended up bloodied on some days, it helped build great culture and team spirit. Eventually he tried to export his group-building tactics to the streets of the city. He's now at Roth

Not Moelis but this is a case at my bank, genuinely really fucking annoying especially when you're the girl that gets along nicely with everyone, polite etc. but can't speak their native language (italian, french, german, spanish etc.) so it makes it hard to really gel with people
How? It's London, if you wanted to go work in Milan / Paris / Madrid, why not just go there and fit in there instead of excluding people based on their upbringing because it's not the same as yours?
