Will I get fired / laid off?
Am a first-year analyst at a BB that just hit the desk a month ago. I feel the senior bankers on the team don't like me that much and don't connect well with me, presumably because I'm much more of an introvert type of personality and they have a very extrovert type of personality. I do what needs to get done and try to ask around to see if I could help with anything but can't help but feel that my team doesn't have the best impression of me and may assume that I don't really have a long-term interest in the role (given my more introverted personality).
Given this, am I in danger of being let go/fired?
