Groups aren't Core/Non-Core, that's just referring to schools. Basically they are saying for regional offices (Boston, SF, CLT, Atlanta) both core and non-core school apps open on March 25, but for Chicago only Core schools can apply then, non-core can apply for Chicago on April 11th. It is a little confusing the way its laid out. Pls fix.

They invited me for a coffee chat in a few days, think it's a first-round screen.

Are first rounds so far sent only for targets? I go to a school that’s a target for other banks but not sure for William Blair

Had my superday for the corporate advisory on April 6th. Haven't heard back yet; when should I expect to hear back?

Had mine the day before that, interviews went great as well. Have you followed up with anyone? My interviewer said super day would be the 6th, so we’re dinged unless they are sending out more waves.

Both of you could also be on a wait list. Not good enough for a superday but also not an automatic rejection.

anyone else have first round week of 3/28 (Chi SA IBD) and still not hear anything? Heard Blair normally sends out rejection emails if you get dinged, but I'm sure it's not a good sign if its been that long.

I have a first-round this Thursday, semi-target CLT office. Does anyone have advice? I know they tend to be heavy on the technicals and focus on LBOs. But other than that any advice/questions you remember? Would really appreciate the help :)

they do, if its not right away there prob on the fence about you / focusing on their top-choices first.

If I had an interview on the 28th (Thursday), and haven't heard anything, does that mean I've been either waitlisted or rejected? I think it's their last rounds, so I'm thinking they might be taking a bit of time to compare all of the SDs. Is it possible to still get an offer if they call next week, or do think I'm waitlisted/rejected?

Was in a similair situation to both of you guys - was rejected 1.5 weeks after my first round.

For last week's Chicago superdays, do people think they'll send out rejections straight away early this week or wait a couple more weeks?
