Currently an analyst 2 at a MM bank and can’t take it anymore. I’m fine with the long hours but the lack of predictability and never knowing if I’m going to be free are killing me. What are some exit ops that have more predictable hours where I won’t get shafted on comp?
MM PE, Secondaries, corp dev? Open to anything but don’t know a lot about the hours and comp.
