Working 80+ hours at boutique firm, been here little over 3 months, can't stand it much longer...

Hi there monkeys.. i'm probably not as bad as other BB gigs are, i'm on a private placement boutique firm, working with like an 8 deal flow, and we are just like 5 people on the team handling everything... pay isn't that good, culture isn't good, people suck, hours are killer (80-90 per week on average) and i'm honestly not feeling really good mentally, physically, at all tbh.. I come from Big4 tax in New York, hours were pretty tough there as well (100+ occasionally), but they were limited to busy season and people were aware and tried to help associates work around it, but i did not enjoy the job at all. After 1 year and half, i was decided i wanted to switch to finance, and what better finance role than IB at a boutique firm were you can see everything that's going on... boy was i wrong. the job's interesting i can give it that (except for the repetitive ppt, excel, dd and bs we have to do), and boss recently just handed half my bonus (3k, not very attractive) just as a pat in the back for my hard work.. i know i don't wanna stay, but don't have something lined up yet and i can't keep jumping from jobs.. i'm trying to grind it out for a couple of more months, but it is driving me crazy, even started going to a psychologist. i feel stuck, don't know what to do and don't know where to go after this (tax, then IB analyst, then what) pls help
