Really smart bunch of people. When they were at Millennium they managed more capital than any other group. Although this was likely due to the size of their group.
I hear bad stories of traders/PMs turnover there: some got thrown out in 6 months or less (or better asked or put into condition to resign), in some other cases what seemed a good employer to employee relationship seem to have gone tits up in few weeks; no management feedback or help, again just resignations requests.
Very high turnover. You get kicked out in 6 months if you're not making money. Very similar to sac/millennium/citadel in that regard. They do have a lot of smart quants though, tons of MIT/stanford types.
Though if you do well, they treat you well.

I got a phone interview with worldquant coming up, for a trader/pm job. Any advice or thoughts would be great. It seems like they operate a "plug and play" system whereby they're looking for people with systematic strategies that they can use right away and make money.
Reach out to WSO user 'Determined'.
They're heavily focused on statarb, and look for sharpe ratios north of 2.0.
