Would you take Off-Cycle offer over masters degree at the target uni?

As in the title

The firm I'd be interning at has solid record of converting Off-Cycle interns into full-time role. On the other hand, it's not guaranteed and I feel that I would be better off pursuing MSc (think of LBS/LSE). Even if I would not convert SA  following MSc, I can still recruit for FT and off-cycles, while after off-cycle without conversion, recruiting to the reputable brands can be challenging.

Which would you pick and why?

Would go OC unless it’s a low tier bank. SA is so random if male, have seen crazy profiles ending up at 2nd tier banks

It is BB in Turkey, while I am aiming at London

What about the following outlook?

No return offer from Off-Cycle will result in closed doors for London FT (unless I pursue masters, but will have to wait another year, or land another off-cycle, which is not guaranteed)

While master's give me higher chances for FT: from SAs, OCs (in London then), and FT (I believe with the target degree and 2-3 internships I could apply for FT roles in London)

Is there any error in my reasoning?

If you're thinking is more education over applicable job experience then I worry for you.

Take the job. Get experience. Will be viewed 10x better than just being another Msc applicant with zero experience.
