A lower level job where i might break in. What should I do?

So most people here are looking to break into wallstreet, do the time and get the big bucks. Or atleast they are somewhere on that timeline. I don't think I have the resume to break in without going way out of my way. Econ Major, 3.3 GPA (bad freshman year) at a non target (but top 15 liberal arts school). Programming and upper level math. I interview well. I've spent the last year (since graduating) doing an internship in Operations in London for a prominent bank. The only real industry connection I have is a Bonds Trader in the extended family.

Since I'm a long way from a six figure job and breaking in. I plan to launch a website I've developed while over here. However I need thecapital that comes with a full time job and enough time to launch it. Any suggestions on what position I could target in New York? Essentially I want to make as much as possible without working more than like 60 or 65 hours a week. And while I really think this website is going to work, I want something with a career path ahead of it should it fail. Maybe theres a way to move towards VC, although I know that's difficult. Any suggestions, please help?
