Admitting flaws + improvements during interviews
Would it be a good idea to say I used to be unattractive and unintelligent as a kid but worked hard every day to improve them? I.e. I went from having bad grades to great grades (Now in a target School) and now model part-time.
Yes, but the framing matters a lot.
Instead of unattractive, perhaps say that you learned to pay more attention to your personal wellbeing and put more care into what you eat and exercise regularly. This has stemmed from bad habits you have developed that have negatively impacted your life previously.
Instead of saying unintelligent, perhaps say you struggled to grasp academic concepts in your early years and that led to a frustrating cycle of poor grades and low self-esteem. However, through adversity and more dedication to your studies, you have proven to excel academically.
You can tailor these with your own experiences, but remember to shed light on skills relevant to the professional workplace and not touch on anything too personal as the interviewers may not know how to react or absorb the information.
To add on to this - it's a good idea to not say something that's a fundamental flaw in banking. For example, don't say you lacked attention to detail, you're not good at working in a team, or you struggle with long hours.

I would stick with something benign.
For example, watching people suffer gives you erections and just let them know that you conquered this by trying to hurt people the most off the clock vs on.
All joking aside, speaking to personal attractiveness as a flaw in an interview seems like a pretty shallow answer to me personally. I would suspect you have other less controversial weaknesses that you are working towards your work that show you are actively pursuing self improvement in work related items.

Try and stick to the legal ones for your interviews. Do not incriminate yourself.
