advice needed -- f500 internship experience, but no financial services experience

i've been reading for a while and i can't find a thread that relates exactly to my position.

i am a soph from a big state school on the east coast (non-target to semi-target)
i had an internship my freshman year summer at a f100 company in strategy, and have an upcoming internship this summer at a f500 company, but this time as a financial analyst (this seemed the closest offer i was going to get in finance and i didnt want to take the risk losing it as its pretty much the end of recruiting season)

both companies are not financial services companies; however, as i mentioned, both are large companies. i don't know whether this has been the right choice seeing as i thought both were pretty good opportunities when i came upon them, but read about people on WSO and other scattered peers doing gigs at small boutiques - now i'm getting worried.

how do you think this positions me for next year in recruitment for junior year internships? am i at a disadvantage compared to other kids who have skipped out of the f500 internships at non-financial services companies and chose to do boutique PE, M&A, etc internships?

btw, i have a decent gpa (3.6-3.7 range, some leadership experience, some extracurricular activities, have just started networking with alumni

any feedback would be appreciated! thanks :)
