Another Degree?

Hello All,

New to WSO , but finding it very interesting and helpful. Thank you all who run and contribute to the site.

I earned my fin degree last year from a non target. I was a returner student looking for industry/career change. Goal was to break into O&G industry with interest in strategic planning & commercial area. Areas in marketing, supply & trading, bus/corp development, even FP&A.

It’s been difficult. Feedback so far is lack of experience, even for the new grad rotational programs.

My question: should I consider a MS in fin, accounting or Econ? Or go back to undergrad for BS in Engineering?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post and your advice.
