BACKGROUND CHECK - CAN I RESIGN NOW?
I have signed the contract for a US EB and informed my current employer, but got unstaffed from deals and doing nothing all day except for formatting of slides that are not related to my work.
Currently going through background check. Initially set a date, but now that I am de-staffed I want to resign earlier.
Can I do it without ?
