Best Fit Jobs/Firms For Non-(Ivy, Finance, 4.0) Type People

hello everyone!

I am a graduating business administration major with econ minor, I have a 3.1GPA. I would love to get into PE or IB but I am unsure how, I am looking for advice on getting into a firm or which firms I may fit well into. I am wondering if there are firms that are less strict on candidate qualifications in terms of education. I have some decent experience under my belt that I lean on for getting most jobs.

Thanks!
