Between Staying in CSA role or moving to Operations

Hey all. Trying to get an idea of what direction I should take. I just graduated in January 2022 with a degree in economics (Boston Uni 3.35 gpa) and have been trying to figure out which direction to go. I had switched from biochemistry half way through and pushed through my new economics degree with no internships which obviously hasn't helped me at all. I took a Client Service Associate roll in JPM Private Banking in May and have been doing that since working and getting licensed. I recently got offer from Goldman Sachs as a listed derivatives operations analyst and am trying to weigh if I should take the job or just stay in my current job. I understand exit opportunities are awful for both and I was already planning on going back for my MBA in a few years to hopefully transition into IB or consulting but I am not sure which of these two jobs would be better for the long term of getting into a top MBA program. Just looking for some thoughts and opinions. Would love to hear from you guys. Thanks!
