Confused about choosing offer

I got three offers in this recruiting season. One is 6-month off-cycle in high frequency team in a well-known hedge fund, one is 6-month off-cycle in the quant strats team in a top BB, one is full time position in one of the largest pension insurance insurer company in the UK. All the positions are in London. My current plan is to join the hedge fund first and try to earn a return offer. But since I have the choice of arranging other offer afterwards, which one shall I choose? BB or pension insurance? The salary is very close to each other.( I am sure people can guess where the number is since the salary in BB is a secret that everybody knows these days lol)

I am currently very confused. Really appreciate you guys' advice. I don't even know what kinds of factors I should consider. Honestly speaking, I think those are all nice place, if I only get exactly one of them, I wouldn't find any reason that makes me unhappy to join. Also, although my current plan is to get to the hedge fund first, opinions agianst my current plan are also very welcomed.

Just want to add some information and thoughts.

1,About my advatages and disadvantages. I am quite good at math, has decent amount of programming experience in Python, is a complete fool in C++, somewhat good in finance knowledge like asset pricing etc. I speak very poor English and never reach out to people in LinkedIn. I think I cannot get any advantage from networking because of my poor social skills so I didn't network.

2,My thoughts about salary. It's always good to have higher salary. But my dream is to retire early and travel around the world with my mother. So if all my choices don't allow me to retire young, I would rather minimize the time working. Sorry for saying something so passive, but I felt like I just complete lose my dream after I quit math for finance. But I don't feel regretful because I can bare poor life no more, and I love my mother, I don't want her to pay for my tuision by her saving.

3,My thoughts about future. I am currently in a very passive state, but I am not sure if I will be more motivated and have more goals about my career. Considering those offers are so nice, maybe I can gradually recover. But currently, I am playing Genshin 5 hours a day and complete lose interest about real life. But I am not even sure if the current state is bad for me, I think it helps me getting offer because no matter what wired questions I get, I never feel nervous.
