Econ/CS dual major vs. Econ major with CS minor - Job opportunities

Hello people,I am a danish student taking my undergrad in Econ/CS double major. I am on my third semester and i've started doubting whether or not this educational route is the correct one for me.

Therefore i am seeking advice from some of the knowledgeable people in the business/econ/finance industry.I am starting to fall behind on my classes and even failed a couple of them which has put me on quite a stressful path if i want to complete this double major.

Reasons are the fact that , in my opinion , combining two relatively non-similar majors is not easy. Therefore i am contemplating switching to Econ major and having a minor in CS.

So my question stands; What if i decide to change major to Econ and just take CS on the minor level(currently completed 6 CS classes) How great of a disadvantage would this essentially put me when trying to apply for jobs related to Fintech/IB/Etc compared to if i had sticked with Econ/CS dual major?

And lastly how can I make up for that disadvantage(if any) ?Some of the options i had in mind was simply taking a dual degree, such as completing Econ and then CS separately, however quite obviously this would not be time-efficient at all. Another option was making up for it by having work-experience in the CS field, an example of this is that i have done some bug bounties for some high profile companies such as Apple etc.

Thank you for reading thus far and i hope you can give some advice for a lost student.
